Replay sent to late:
Up to 1 hour: + 0,25 sec.
Up to 2 hours: + 0,50 sec.
More than 2 hours + 1 sec.

Wrong Replay:
Different level: Disqualified
Replay is not there: Disqualified
Replay is with a worse time: You will get the replay's time + 0,50 sec.
Replay is with a better time: You will get the written time, but atleast 0,50 worse than the replay time.

If the replay is named wrong: + 0,50 sec.

Other punishings might happen.
